Vendor Space Information and Acknowledgement:
Vendors will not be contacted via social media or in any other manner other than via a BCP registered email – Vendors@BrazoriaCountyPride.org
Please allow up to 48 hours for your application to be fully processed.
Booth spaces are 10ft. x10ft.
Only one vendor is allowed in a 10x10 space
Booth rental fees are:
$50 for General 10x10 Vendor Booth
$100 for Food Truck Spot
$500 for Premium Vendor Spot (Includes sponsor benefits: covered spot at the festival & sponsorship recognition on social media.)
Payment is due within 7 days of approval.
5 booth spaces will be reserved for free for community non-profits with a 501c3 status.
All vendors must be fully set up by 10:00 AM and remain in operation for the duration of the festival until 3:00 PM. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a ban from future Brazoria County Pride events.
Vendors will need to provide the following as needed: Tables, tent/canopy, all needed components for their service/product delivery. No electrical or water hookup is available.
Vendors will be assigned a check in time to unload their items near the set-up area.
We will work to limit similar vendors so there is a variety of products to help with sales.
No MLM or direct sales.
Vendors are prohibited from selling items with Brazoria County Pride logos or representations, along with those of announced performers.
All vendor applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Spaces are limited, and approved vendors will be notified via email and provided instructions on how to submit their payment.
